How firm is the pillow?
Medium-firm. The memory foam gives under the weight of your head and returns to shape when you move.
Is it right for side sleepers?
Yes. The loft is set so that a side sleeper keeps their neck in line with their spine. Back sleepers are also well served; front sleepers usually prefer a flatter pillow.
Can I wash it?
The knit cover unzips and is machine washable at 30 degrees. The foam core should be aired, never washed.
Does new memory foam smell?
There may be a faint smell for the first day or two. Leave the pillow out of its packaging in a ventilated room and it clears on its own.
